Sweet potato chocolate cake

Contains spelt flour which has very low gluten levels and lots of fibre

Lasts 4-5 days in an airtight container. Freezes well

Frosting supplied seperately

This smooth, moist and delicious cake can be cut into brownie size bites or made into a cake.

The frosting that is used on the sweet potato brownies is what is used on this cake too and finishes it off with true decadence.

Ingredients – sweet potato, maple syrup/coconut nectar, balsamic vinegar, vanilla, spelt flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda.
